Privacy notice

Draft for legal reviewThis document has not been reviewed by counsel and is not in force. It is published so the site is transparent about what it collects and on what terms, and it will be replaced before launch. Do not rely on it.

Last updated August 2026

This site collects one thing: the details you enter in the early-access form. There is no analytics vendor, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on any page.

What we collect

If you submit the early-access form we collect your first name, last name, email address, the interest category you select, and any message you choose to write.

We also record that you gave consent to be contacted, and when. We do not ask for a postal address, a telephone number, a date of birth or any health information, and you should not send health information through this form.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to route it to the right desk, and to send you product updates, availability information and evidence releases relating to SPRAYTIDE. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.

How it is handled

Submissions are validated on our server and passed to a lead destination configured by the site operator. No destination is connected in this build, and the specific processor will be named here before launch.

We keep a short-lived record of the requesting network address to rate-limit the form. It is not linked to your submission and is not retained.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the launch programme this list supports has ended. A specific retention period will be stated here once the destination system is chosen.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Every message we send will carry a way to be removed from the list.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Those rights, and how to exercise them, will be set out here once this notice has been reviewed.

Contact

A contact route for privacy requests will be published here before launch, alongside the legal entity responsible for the site.
